All New “Plastics Packaging: a ‘must have’ or a ‘nice to have’?” Campaign
In order to counter the many anti-plastics packaging messages that have filled the social media space in recent months, Plastics|SA recently released a series of pro-plastics messages on the various social media platforms.
Thanks to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and Linkedin, our social media advertising campaign, which was aired during the months of November, December 2018 and January 2019, reached a whopping 5 858 724 consumers over the 3 months. That's almost 6 000 000 people who are now more aware of the value of this material and the misconceptions that surround it.
It's difficult to imagine life without plastic, but it's up to us to be responsible when disposing of it. Remember to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible.
After all, Plastics don't litter... People DO!
